Eligible Returns/Exchange: We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products that are received damaged, defective, or do not match the item you ordered. Eligible Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must meet the following conditions:

Product Condition: Refunds are eligible only on returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products (i.e., products that do not match the image shown online). To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If your return is approved, please allow 4 to 6 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products slight variations in appearance and minor imperfections are to be expected and do not qualify for a refund. We do not offer refunds for reasons other than those stated above. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and may consider exchanges in certain circumstances.
